PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame unit having a simple structure that facilitates work to fix a reinforcing material inside a mullion.SOLUTION: A sash unit (frame unit) 1 comprises: a mullion 23 which has its inside hollowed; an upper frame 21 which is coupled to a side face of the mullion 23 and has its inside hollowed; a transom 24 and a baseboard part (lower frame) 22; and a reinforcing material 9 arranged in side the mullion 23. The reinforcing material 9 is fixed inside the mullion 23 at two upper and lower places with a screw 90a which extends from a position corresponding to the upper frame 21 to a position corresponding to the baseboard part 22, and reaches the hollow part of the upper frame 21 while penetrating the reinforcing material 9 at the position, corresponding to the upper frame 21, inside the mullion 23, and a screw 90b which reaches a hollow part of the baseboard part 22 while penetrating the reinforcing material 9 at the position, corresponding to the baseboard part 22, inside the mullion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】補強材を方立の内側に固定する作業を容易に行うことができるシンプルな構造の枠ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】サッシユニット（枠ユニット）１は、内側が中空に形成される方立２３と、方立２３の側面に連結され、その内側が中空に形成される上枠２１、無目２４及び巾木部（下枠）２２と、方立２３の内側に配置される補強材９と、を備える。補強材９は、上枠２１に対応する位置から巾木部２２に対応する位置まで延びており、方立２３の内側における上枠２１に対応する位置で補強材９を貫通した状態で上枠２１の中空部に達するビス９０ａと、方立２３の内側における巾木部２２に対応する位置で補強材９を貫通した状態で巾木部２２の中空部に達するビス９０ｂと、によって上下２箇所で方立２３の内側に固定される。【選択図】図４
