OUTER WALL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay an outer wall of a building using an outer wall plate material formed of an aluminum extruded material.SOLUTION: An outer wall connection structure comprises: connection parts 10 provided in bilateral symmetry in a width direction of a flat part 3 that is coated with a coating film layer T and is curved to form an undulate part 5 on an entire surface of the flat part 3; an outer wall plate material 2 of an aluminum extruded material having a pair of rib parts 17 on a rear face of the flat part 3; a connection piece 25 of the aluminum extruded material having locking projections 29 provided on tips of support parts formed on outside wall surfaces 27a of support legs 27 provided in bilateral symmetry on either side of a groove part 26 positioned at a center; and a cover 35 of the aluminum extruded material that is provided with a space 37 in a cover body 35 of a substantially angular shape in a cross section, and has locking recesses 38 to be fitted to the locking projections 29 in a cover body. The support legs 27 and 27 are positioned in the connection parts 10 and 10' of the outer wall plate materials 2 and 2' adjacent to each other, and are each attached to an outer wall backing X with a screw 42 from the groove part 26. The locking recesses 38 are fitted to the locking projections 29, and a wall is laid in lateral and vertical directions on a surface of the outer wall backing X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】 アルミ押出形材で形成した外壁板材を使用して建物の外壁葺をする。【解決手段】表面に塗膜層Tを塗布した平坦部3を湾曲させて表面全体に起伏部5を形成し、前記平坦部3の幅方向で左右対称に接続部10と、前記平坦部3の裏面に一対のリブ部17を有したアルミ押出形材の外壁板材2と、中央に位置した溝部26の両側で左右対称に設けた支持脚部27の外側壁面27aに形成した支持部の先端に設けた係止凸部29を有するアルミ押出形材の連結片25と、断面略山形のカバー体35内に空間部37を設け、前記カバー体内で前記係止凸部29と嵌合する係止凹部38を形成したアルミ押出形材のカバー35とからなり、互いに隣接する外壁板材2、2′の接続部10、10′に前記支持脚部27,27を位置させ、前記溝部26からネジ42で外壁下地Xに取付け、前記係止凸部29に前記係止凹部38を嵌合して外壁下地Xの表面で左右上下方向に壁葺きする。【選択図】 図8
