FIREPROOF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIREPROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof structure, excellent in the effect to cost, by stably realizing high fireproof performance, and constructing without requiring complicated labor at inexpensive material cost.SOLUTION: A fireproof structure 1 of the present invention comprises a wall material 2 of a building for forming a through-hole 20, a steel box 3 and a thermally expansive sheet 4. The steel box 3 is constituted of a back face plate 9 and a side surface plate 10 erected from the peripheral edge of the back face plate 9, and the tip of the side surface plate 10 is installed along the periphery of the through-hole 20 of the wall material 2. The thermally expansive sheet 4 blocks up a clearance between the side surface plate 10 and the wall material 2, by extending in the peripheral direction of the steel box 3 so as to contact with both of the side surface plate 10 and the wall material 2, and by joining to the side surface plate 10 and the wall material 2, and the thermally expansive sheet 4 is not joined to the back face plate 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い防火性能を安定して実現できるとともに、安価な材料コストで煩雑な手間を要せず施工できることで、費用対効果に優れた防火構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の防火構造1は、貫通孔20が形成される建築物の壁材2と、鋼製ボックス3と、熱膨張性シート4とを備える。鋼製ボックス3は、背面板9と、背面板9の周縁から立設される側面板10とから構成されて、側面板10の先端が壁材2の貫通孔20の周囲に沿うように設置される。熱膨張性シート4は、側面板10と壁材2の双方に接するように鋼製ボックス3の周方向に延びるとともに、側面板10と壁材2とに接合することで、側面板10と壁材2との間の隙間を塞ぐものであり、背面板9には熱膨張性シート4は接合されない。【選択図】図2
