PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam frame capable of securing a living room of a large space.SOLUTION: A column-beam frame 1 comprises a plurality of columns, a plurality of girders and a slab connected to the girders, and is provided in a reinforced-concrete building 2 of not supporting a central part of the slab by the columns. The column-beam frame 1 comprises the plurality of columns 10A and 10B juxtaposed in two rows in the predetermined direction, the first girders 20A and 20B of two rows installed between the mutual columns, a beam 30 installed between the mutual first girders 20A and 20B and the slab 40 joined to a lower part side surface of the beam 30. Both end parts of the slab 40 are joined to the first girders 20A and 20B of separating by 2 spans in a column-spacing distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大空間の居室を確保できる柱梁架構を提供すること。【解決手段】柱梁架構１は、複数の柱と、複数の大梁と、大梁に連結されたスラブと、を備え、スラブの中央部が柱で支持されていない鉄筋コンクリート造建物２に設けられる。柱梁架構１は、所定方向に二列に並んで設けられた複数の柱１０Ａ、１０Ｂと、前記柱同士の間に架設された二列の第１の大梁２０Ａ、２０Ｂと、第１の大梁２０Ａ、２０Ｂ同士の間に架設された小梁３０と、小梁３０の下部側面に接合されたスラブ４０と、を備える。スラブ４０の両端部は、柱間距離が２スパン離れた第１の大梁２０Ａ、２０Ｂに接合されている。【選択図】図１
