EARLY STRENGTH AGENT FOR HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early strength agent for a hydraulic composition capable of obtaining a hardened body of a hydraulic composition, which becomes improved in the strength of the hardened body within approximately 17 hours after preparation.SOLUTION: There is provided an early strength agent for a hydraulic composition composed of squaric acid or a salt thereof. Specifically, there is provided is the early strength agent, wherein the squarate salt is one or more selected from alkali metal salts of squaric acid, alkaline earth metal salts of squaric acid, an ammonium salt of squaric acid and organic ammonium salts of squaric acid. Further, there can be produced an additive composition for a hydraulic composition by incorporating a dispersant together with the hardening accelerator for a hydraulic composition.EFFECT: Squaric acid is one of oxoacids which are strong acids. Squaric acid can specifically accelerate the hydration of C3S, increase the hydration reaction rate to improve the strength of a hardened cement body in an early stage. The method for producing the hydraulic composition can improve the productivity of a hardened body such as a concrete product without performing heat-curing.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】調製後、17時間程度で硬化体の強度が向上する水硬性組成物の硬化体が得られる、水硬性組成物用早強剤の提供。【解決手段】スクアリン酸又はその塩からなる水硬性組成物用早強剤。スクアリン酸塩が、スクアリン酸のアルカリ金属塩、スクアリン酸のアルカリ土類金属塩、スクアリン酸のアンモニウム塩及びスクアリン酸の有機アンモニウム塩から選ばれる1種以上の塩である、水硬性組成物用早強剤。更に、分散剤を水硬性組成物用早強材と共に含有してなる水硬性組成物用添加剤組成物とすることができる。【効果】スクアリン酸は強酸であるオキソ酸の1種であり、特異的にC3Sの水和を促進し、水和反応速度を高め、早期にセメント硬化体の強度を向上させることをできる。前記水硬性組成物の製造方法は、加熱養生を行わなくても、コンクリート製品等の硬化体の生産性を向上できる。【選択図】なし
