PRESSURE-RESISTANT EXTENDABLE CYLINDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-resistant extendable cylinder that is highly durable against pressure, such that unexpected buckling deformation or curving deformation of an extension/contraction operation shaft is prevented at a roughly intermediate position in a longitudinal direction, the pressure-resistant extendable cylinder being lesser in weight overall due to reduction of a wall thickness of an overall outer cylinder.SOLUTION: A pressure-resistant extendable cylinder includes: a double cylinder comprising an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder overlapped to extend/contract freely; a screw bolt 3 positioned inside the double cylinder, the screw bolt having a main screw 31 and a sub screw 32 of different pitches formed on an outer peripheral surface; and a first movable piece 91 and a second movable piece 92 arranged around the screw bolt 3 to allow separate movement in an axial direction of the cylinder, the first movable piece having an inner groove 911 of a spiral pitch that engages only with the main screw 31 and the second movable piece having an inner groove 921 of a spiral pitch that engages only with the sub screw 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】伸縮操作軸が長手方向略中間箇所で不測に座屈変形または弯曲変形することなく高度な耐圧性能を備えるとともに、外筒全体の肉厚を薄くすることにより耐圧伸縮筒全体の軽量化を可能にした耐圧伸縮筒を提供する。【解決手段】伸縮自在に重合された外筒と内筒とからなる内外二重筒の内部に、ピッチの異なるメインスクリュー31とサブスクリュー32とを外周面に形成したスクリューボルト3を配置し、メインスクリュー31のみと契合する螺旋ピッチの内溝911を備えた第一移動駒91と、サブスクリュー32のみと契合する螺旋ピッチの内溝921を備えた第二移動駒92とを、管軸方向において個別に移動可能となるようにスクリューボルト3の周りに配置した構成とする。【選択図】図2
