PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting bracket capable of easily adjusting the height of a panel mounted such as solar panel with respect to mounting side such as slate roof.SOLUTION: A panel mounting bracket 1 includes: a pair of inner side walls 10 and 11 and a pair of outer side walls 15 and 16; a first base wall 9 which is fixed to either the mounting side 4 or the mounting panel side; a second base wall 14 which is fixed to the other one; a plurality of outward facing teeth 13 for adjusting height, which are arranged in parallel in a height direction on the outer surface of the pair of inner side walls; a plurality of inward facing teeth 17 for adjusting height, which are arranged in parallel in a height direction on the inner surface of the pair of outer side walls and which engage with the outward facing teeth 13; and a fastening member 5 that fixes the inner and outer side walls to each other in a state the respective teeth 13 and 17 are engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
