PANEL POINT STRUCTURE OF PIPE TRUSS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel point structure for integrally connecting and fixing a chord member and a diagonal member of a pipe truss, without welding.SOLUTION: With a panel point structure of a pipe truss, an edge part of diagonal members 11A, 11B, 11C having a diameter smaller than chord materials 5A, 5B, 5C is inserted into a communicating hole 15 formed on a peripheral wall of the chord members 5A, 5B, 5C, while a common fastener 21 is pierced through a through-hole 17 piercing in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the chord members 5A, 5B, 5C, and through a through-hole 19 formed near the edge part of the diagonal members 11A, 11B, 11C, thus integrally fixing the edge part of the diagonal members 11A, 11B, 11C to the chord members 5A, 5B, 5C. With the panel point structure of the pipe truss, a cut-out part 25 is provided near the edge part of the diagonal members 11A, 11B, 11C, so as to further increase a contacting surface with a peripheral surface of the diagonal members 5A, 5B, 5C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】パイプトラスにおいて、弦材と斜材とを、溶接を行うことなく一体的に接続固定可能な格点構造を提供する。【解決手段】パイプトラスの格点構造であって、弦材5A,5B,5Cの周壁に形成した連通穴15内へ、当該弦材5A,5B,5Cより小径の斜材11A,11B,11Cの端部を挿入し、前記弦材5A,5B,5Cの長手方向に対して交差する方向に貫通した貫通穴17及び前記斜材11A,11B,11Cの前記端部付近に形成した貫通穴19に共通の止め具21を貫通して、前記弦材5A,5B,5Cに前記斜材11A,11B,11Cの前記端部を一体的に固定してある。前記パイプトラスの格点構造において、前記斜材11A,11B,11Cの前記端部付近には、前記弦材5A,5B,5Cの周面との接触面をより大きくするための切除部25を備えている。【選択図】図2
