REPAIR METHOD FOR FALL-OFF PREVENTING HANDRAIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a fall-off preventing handrail that does not require a large-scale safety facility for residents during repair work and offers fine appearance after repair.SOLUTION: A portion of a fixing pillar between a root near a top surface of a standing part and a prescribed position above the root and below an enclosing member is cut. A reinforcing tool is temporarily provided for reinforcing the upper remnant pillar part, at a position on the standing part deviating from a position directly below the upper remnant pillar part. Then, the standing part with the lower remnant pillar part remaining thereon is repaired. Next, the enclosing member is separated from the upper remnant pillar part, and the reinforcing tool and the upper remnant pillar part are removed from the standing part. A pillar bracket for installing a new fixing pillar is installed on the top surface of the standing part. The support bracket is used for erecting the new fixing pillar on the standing part. Then, the enclosing member is fitted on the new fixing pillar. A mark of the reinforcing tool after removal on the standing part is repaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】改修中に住民の安全確保のための大掛かりな設備が必要なく、改修後も見栄えがよい墜落防止手すりの改修工法。【解決手段】固定支柱のうち立上がり部上面近傍の根元と該根元より上方且つ囲い部材より下方の所定位置との間の部分を切除する。また、立上がり部における該上側残余支柱部の真下位置から外れた位置に、該上側残余支柱部を補強する補強具を仮設する。そして、下側残余支柱部の残る立上がり部を補修する。続いて、上側残余支柱部から囲い部材を分離し、立上がり部から補強具及び上側残余支柱部を撤去する。そして、立上がり部の上面に新規固定支柱立設用の支柱ブラケットを設置する。さらに、支柱ブラケットを用いて立上がり部に新規固定支柱を立設する。そして、新規固定支柱に対して囲い部材を取付ける。また、立上がり部における補強具の撤去跡を修復する。【選択図】図12
