PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type handrail superior in handling, transportation performances, and construction efficiency while ensuring sufficient length in a width direction for one span.SOLUTION: A rail unit 1 is constituted of: one side rail unit 2 which has a handrail member 24 disposed in a frame formed by an upper frame member 20, a lower frame member 21, and both side frame members 22 and 23; and the other side rail unit 3 which has a handrail member 34 disposed in a frame formed by an upper frame member 30, a lower frame member 31, and both side frame members 32 and 33. The rail unit 1 is arranged so that the one side rail unit 2 and the other side rail unit 3 has their frame members coupled via hinge member 8, and are configured to be folded being overlapped with each other, and to be expanded on an identical flat plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】1スパンの幅方向長さを十分に確保しながら、ハンドリング性、運搬及び搬入性及び施工効率等に優れたユニット型手摺りを提供する。【解決手段】上枠20、下枠21及び両側枠22,23によって囲まれた枠組み内に手摺子24が設けられた一方側手摺りユニット2と、上枠30、下枠31及び両側枠32,33によって囲まれた枠組み内に手摺子34が設けられた他方側手摺りユニット3とがヒンジ部材8を介して側枠同士が連結されて1つの手摺りユニット1が構成され、前記一方側手摺りユニット2と他方側手摺りユニット3とが折り重なるように折り畳み可能かつ同一平面状に展開可能となっている。【選択図】図1
