INSTALLATION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND COLLECTING/DRAINING PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a long cylindrical woven cloth as a draining pipe, and enable the long cylindrical woven cloth to be pushed into an installation hole without being caught in the installation hole, by stiffening the cylindrical woven cloth immediately before pushing into the installation hole.SOLUTION: A cylindrical woven cloth 1 is made by weaving a warp 4 and a weft 5 in a cylindrical form, at least a part of the weft 5 being a highly rigid monofilament, and at least a part of the warp 4 being a low melting point yarn. The cylindrical woven cloth is wound in a coil form, and while straightening and feeding the coiled cylindrical woven cloth 1 in a lengthwise direction, the cylindrical woven cloth 1 is heated first for fusing a part of the low melting point yarn of the warp 4, then the cylindrical woven cloth 1 is cooled to solidify the fused low melting point yarn and stiffening the cylindrical woven cloth 1, and the stiffened cylindrical woven cloth 1 is pushed into an installation hole 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 長尺の筒状織布を水抜き管として使用すると共に、当該筒状織布を敷設穴に押し込む直前に剛直化せしめ、敷設穴内に引っ掛かることなく長い筒状織布を敷設穴に押し込むことを可能ならしめることを目的とする。【解決手段】 たて糸4とよこ糸5とを筒状に織成してなり、前記よこ糸4の少なくとも一部が剛性の高いモノフィラメントよりなり、前記たて糸4の少なくとも一部が低融点糸よりなる筒状織布1を、コイル状に巻回し、当該コイル状の筒状織布1を長さ方向に真っ直ぐに伸ばしながら送り出しつつ、先ず当該筒状織布1を加熱して前記たて糸4における低融点糸の一部を溶融し、次いで前記筒状織布1を冷却して溶融していた低融点糸を固化せしめると共に、前記筒状織布1を剛直化せしめ、次いで剛直化した筒状織布1を敷設穴3に押し込む。【選択図】 図1
