CONNECTING TOOL AND CONNECTING METHOD USING IT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open structure in which structure members are rigidly connected to each other, durable against a horizontal force and a vertical force and not requiring any braces or reinforcing surface members, and to provide a mechanical connecting structure in which the structure members are easily assembled, decomposed and re-assembled by bolts without using any special tool.SOLUTION: This invention is constructed in such a way that a column 1 having a connecting bolt 12 stored in a bolt storing hole 14 and having a column connecting plate 2 fixed at its side surface by column fixing machine screws 10 and a lateral beam member 6 with a plate in which a connecting plate 5 for a lateral beam is fixed to a lateral beam 4 by lateral beam fixing machine screws 10' are abutted to each other, thereafter a hexagonal wrench 16 is inserted from a wrench work hole 15, a connecting bolt 12 in the bolt storing hole is rotated and screwed into a female hole machined in the connecting plate 5 for a lateral beam, the column connecting plate 2 and the connecting plate 5 for a lateral beam are fixed and then a column 3 with the connecting plate and the lateral beam member 6 with a plate are connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明は、構造材同士を強固に接合させ、水平力、垂直力に耐え、筋違や補強面材が要らない開放的な構造体を提供しようというものである。特殊な工具を使用することなく、構造材同士を、組立て・分解、再組み立てが容易なボルトによる機械的接合構造とすることを目的としている。【解決手段】接合ボルト12がボルト格納孔14に格納され、側面に柱用取付けビス10によって柱用接合プレート2が固定された柱1と、横架材用接合プレート5が横架材4に横架材用取付けビス10’によって固定された接合プレート付き横架材6とを当接後、レンチ作業孔15から6角レンチ16を挿入し、ボルト格納孔内の接合ボルト12を回転させ、横架材用接合プレート5に加工されたメネジ孔にネジ込み、柱用接合プレート2と横架材用接合プレート5とを固定させることにより、接合プレート付き柱3と接合プレート付き横架材6とを接合する。【選択図】 図4
