LAMINATE LUMBER AND WOODEN BUILDING MADE OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a highly durable fireproof structure for a wooden building using laminate lumber of the present invention with burning stop lumber 7-2 sandwiched between incombustible materials 3, the laminate lumber stopping burning for certain even when a burning marginal lumber 7-1 of a burning marginal/burning stop laminate lumber layer 1 is burned and carbonized in a case of fire and flame proceeds to the burning stop lumber 7-2.SOLUTION: Laminate lumber of the present invention is lined up and bonded next to each other on a load bearing layer, ensuring ventilation between lumber materials. A laminate layer includes a burning marginal part of a thickness between 5 and 40% of a laminate layer thickness on outside, and a long and thin burning stop lumber 7-2 and a long and thin incombustible material 3 of a thickness between 60 and 95% on inside at a burning stop part. The configuration enables a fireproof and durable wooden structure to be formed that ensures safety even when applied to a wooden high-rise building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明の集成材は火災時に燃え代・燃え止まり集成材層1の燃え代木材7−1が燃えて炭化して燃え止まり木材7−2に燃え進んでも不燃材3に挟まれた燃え止まり木材7−2が確実に燃え止まることができる木造建築物の耐火構造で高耐久構造を開発することです。【解決手段】本発明の集成材は荷重支持層に並列に並べられて接合され、木材同志で通気があり、荷重支持層に並列に並べられて接合され、集成層は、集成層厚さの5〜40%外側に燃え代部分を60〜95%内側に燃え止まり部分に細長い燃え止まり木材7−2と細長い不燃材3で形成することで木造の耐火構造で耐久構造ができて木造の高層建築物にしても安全が保障されている。【選択図】 図1
