ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF SCREEN TO SCREEN FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a screen which can easily attach an end part of a screen to a screen frame with favorable workability.SOLUTION: An inward salient part 3 is formed at one of groove port edges of a frame material 1 having an attachment groove 2 of a screen 6, a come-off prevention lock part of a rail material 10 which is attached to one end of the screen, and accommodated in the attachment groove is formed, and an external end face 11a of one groove wall 11 of the rail material which is inserted into the attachment groove is locked to the inside of the lock part, and the rail material is attached to the attachment groove. The external end face 11a of the rail material is made to be a pressing face for inserting the rail material into the attachment groove, and an outside face 11b of a port edge portion of the rail material is made to progress along an inclination face which is gradually thickened in thickness from an outside face of the groove wall 11 while forming an angle θ which is smaller than at least 45°, and is continued to the external end face at a mild curved face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スクリーンの端部をスクリーン枠に対して作業性よく容易に取り付け可能にしたスクリーンの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】スクリーン6の取付溝2備えた枠材1の溝口縁の一方に内向きの突出部3を設け、スクリーンの一端に取り付けて取付溝内に収容するレール材10の抜け止め用係止部を形成させ、取付溝内に押入したレール材の一方の溝壁11の外端面11aを、上記係止部の内側に係止させて、レール材を取付溝に取り付ける。上記レール材の外端面11aは、取付溝内にレール材を押入するための押圧面とし、該レール材における口縁部分の外側面11bを、溝壁11の外面から少なくとも45°よりも小さい角度θをなして次第に厚肉化する傾斜面に沿うものとし、上記外端面になだらかな曲面で連なるものとして形成する。【選択図】図3
