METHOD FOR PREDICTING SIGN OF SOLIDIFICATION OF GRANULATED BLAST FURNACE SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting a sign of solidification of a granulated blast furnace slag more easily and more rapidly to efficiently prevent solidification of a granulated blast furnace slag by bringing a solidification inhibitor into the granulated blast furnace slag.SOLUTION: The above object is achieved, by measuring the concentration of the eluting solidification inhibiting active ingredient of a solidification inhibitor when a granulated blast furnace slag contacting with the inhibitor is immersed in water and predicting a sign of solidification of the granulated blast furnace slag based on the measured concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高炉水砕スラグに固結防止剤を接触させて高炉水砕スラグの固結を効率よく防止するために、より簡便な操作で短時間に高炉水砕スラグの固結兆候を予測し得る方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】固結防止剤を接触させた高炉水砕スラグを水に浸漬させたときの、前記固結防止剤の固結防止有効成分の溶出濃度を測定し、その測定結果に基づいて前記高炉水砕スラグの固結兆候を予測することを特徴とする高炉水砕スラグの固結兆候の予測方法により、上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
