PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for a non-hydraulic powder-containing composition capable of improving fluidity of a non-hydraulic powder-containing composition, and to provide a concrete composition containing the additive for a non-hydraulic powder-containing composition.SOLUTION: The additive for a non-hydraulic powder-containing composition according to the present invention is an additive to be used for a non-hydraulic powder-containing composition, the additive comprising a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer containing: 5-33 mol% of a structural unit (I) derived from a specific unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer (a); 1-95 mol% of a specific carboxylic acid-based structural unit (II); and 0-94 mol% of structural units (IV) derived from other monomers (d). The total of the structural unit (I), the structural unit (II), and the structural units (IV) is 100 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
