PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load bearing plate member that achieves weight saving and also improves its load bearing capacity.SOLUTION: A slab 10 has a wooden layer 20 composed of an orthogonal laminate lumber 100, and a concrete layer 30 joined to the top face 20U of the wooden layer 20. The top face 100U of the orthogonal laminate lumber 100 (the top face 20U of the wooden layer 20) has a recess 130 to be engaged with a cotter 36, and a lag screw 132 is buried in the concrete layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
