PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load bearing plate member that achieves weight saving and also improves its load bearing capacity.SOLUTION: A slab 10 has a wooden layer 20 composed of an orthogonal laminate lumber 100, and a concrete layer 30 joined to the top face 20U of the wooden layer 20.
