METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLAG MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the case where granular slag generated by air granulation is transported using an ordinary track, the granular slag moves on a loading space, running is not stable, and it cannot be transported with an ordinary track.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a slag material where, by blowing air to steel slag in a melted state from a nozzle to make the steel slag into slag droplets so as to be blown off, the slag droplets are collided against a slant face slant so as to be made high as it is separated from the nozzle, to be formed into a lumpy slag material, and the lumpy slag material is crushed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】風砕によって生じた粒状スラグを通常のトラックを用いて輸送する場合、粒状スラグが荷台上で動き走行が安定せず、通常のトラックでは輸送できない、という課題があった。【解決手段】スラグ材の製造方法であって、溶融状態の製鋼スラグにノズルから空気を吹き付けることによって、前記製鋼スラグをスラグ液滴にして吹き飛ばし、前記ノズルから離れるに従って高くなるように傾斜した斜面に前記スラグ液滴を衝突させて塊状のスラグ材とした後、前記塊状のスラグ材を破砕する。【選択図】図1
