【課題】広い施工ヤードを要せず、且つ、工期の長期化やコストの増大等を招くことなく、傾斜した管渠内を流下する水流を効果的に減勢する。【解決手段】急傾斜地Bに設置された傾斜管渠10内を流下する水流を減勢する減勢管1である。減勢管1は、傾斜管渠10の末端部を構成する管本体2と、管本体2内に設けられ、複数の螺旋状板部材5によって構成される螺旋案内路3と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
