STORAGE TANK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a storage composite by receiving a partial pressure by a structurally rigid concrete lateral wall even if the high partial pressure in horizontal direction of an earth pressure acts on an outer peripheral surface of a storage tank.SOLUTION: A storage tank 10 according to this invention comprises: a concrete batholith 12 installed on a bottom part of underground hole; a storage composite 20, which is installed on the batholith and stored in the hole; a square cylindrical concrete lateral wall 13, which is installed so as to surround the storage composite on the batholith; and a lateral wall forming member 60 configured to form the lateral wall into the square frame. The storage composite comprises: multiple square plate-like partition plates 21; a cylindrical spacer 22, which is connected to the partition plate; and an outermost layer part 51, which is installed outermost the storage composite. The lateral wall forming member comprises: a square cylindrical multistage inside form 63, which is formed with multiple first plate materials 61; multiple vertical reinforcements 64, which are inserted in the multistage partition plate; and a square cylindrical single-stage outside form 66, which holds multiple second plate materials 62 with multiple separators 69.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】貯留槽の外周面に土圧の大きな水平方向の分圧が作用しても、構造的に強固なコンクリート製の側壁が上記分圧を受けることにより、貯留複合体の損傷を防止する。【解決手段】本発明の貯留槽10は、地中の穴の底部に敷設されたコンクリート製の底盤12と、底盤上に設けられ穴に収容された貯留複合体20と、底盤上に貯留複合体を囲んで設けられたコンクリート製の四角筒状の側壁13と、側壁を四角枠状に形成するための側壁形成部材60とを備える。貯留複合体は、正方形板状の複数の仕切板21と、この仕切板に接続される筒状のスペーサ22と、貯留複合体の最も外側に設けられた最外層部51とを有する。側壁形成部材は、複数の第1板材61により形成された四角筒状の複数段の内側型枠63と、複数段の仕切板に挿通された複数の縦鉄筋64と、複数の第2板材62を複数のセパレータ69により保持する四角筒状の単一段の外側型枠66とを有する。【選択図】図1
