SOIL IMPROVEMENT MATERIAL INJECTION SYSTEM AND PERISTYLE TYPE CONTINUOUS WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a soil improvement material injection system to work using one squeeze pump.SOLUTION: A soil improvement material injection system 1 used for a peristyle type continuous wall construction method comprises: one squeeze pump 2, which supplies the soil improvement material by pulsating; one switching valve 3, which is installed at a branch point of a route of the soil improvement material supplied from the squeeze pump 2 and switches the route of the soil improvement material in synchronization with the pulsation of the soil improvement material; and multiple rods 7a, 7b, 7c, which are straight vertical pipes and disposed abreast so that the rods can rotate and move up and down, function as the route for injecting the soil improvement material through the switching valve 3 into a hole on the foundation and agitate the soil improvement material injected into the hole on the foundation with in-situ soil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】1台のスクイズポンプで対応することを可能にする。【解決手段】柱列式連続壁工法に用いる地盤改良材の注入システム1は、地盤改良材を脈動で供給する1台のスクイズポンプ2と、スクイズポンプ2から供給された地盤改良材の経路の分岐点に設けられ、地盤改良材の脈動に同期して地盤改良材の経路を切り替える1個の切替弁3と、直管状で鉛直に且つ回転及び昇降可能に各々が横に並ぶように配置され、切替弁3を経由した地盤改良材を地盤の穴に対して注入する経路として機能すると共に、地盤の穴に注入された地盤改良材を原位置土と撹拌する複数のロッド7a,7b,7cと、を備えている。【選択図】図1
