CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND EXCAVATION CLAW
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive connection structure and an excavation claw, for heavy excavation, excellent in attachability-detachability, hardly causing bit dropout, restraining a residual stress crack after soldering, reducing a tip loss, being lightweight and small size, having the long service life, and being high in excavation efficiency.SOLUTION: A connection structure of an excavation claw 1 detachably installed in excavation means for excavating the ground and a holder 3 for fixing the excavation claw 1 to the excavation means, comprises a fitting hole 12 for fitting a shaft part 32 of the holder 3 for fixing the excavation claw 1 to the excavation means, and holds a tip 2 by two surfaces or more in the longitudinal direction for making excavation force act, and a rear end part 21 of the tip 2 is arranged in front and the vicinity of the fitting hole 12, and insertion holes 13 and 14 of a pin 4 uniform in an outer diameter are arranged by two on the same line in an outer peripheral part of the fitting hole 12, and these eliminate looseness between the pin 4 and itself. In the holder 3, a shaft part 32 is provided with a through-hole 33 for penetratingly inserting the pin 4, and is constituted so as to have looseness in at least a part between the pin 4 and itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重掘削用で、着脱性が良く、ビット脱落が殆どなく、ロウ付け後の残留応力割れを抑制し、チップ欠損が少なく、軽量小型、長寿命で、掘削効率が高い、安価な接続構造と掘削爪を提供する。【解決手段】地盤を掘削する掘削手段に着脱自在に取り付けられる掘削爪1と掘削爪1を掘削手段に固定するホルダー3との連結構造であって、掘削爪1を掘削手段に固定するホルダー3の軸部32が嵌合する嵌合穴12を有し、チップ2を掘削力が作用する前後方向に2面以上で保持し、チップ2の後端部21を嵌合穴12の前方且つ近傍に配置し、嵌合穴12の外周部に、外径が一様なピン4の挿入穴13,14を同一線上に2つ設け、これらがピン4との間にガタがないようにする。また、ホルダー3には、軸部32に、ピン4を貫通して挿入する貫通穴33を設け、ピン4との間で少なくとも一部にガタを有するように構成する。【選択図】図1
