PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral pipe connection structure and toilet facility where dirt and the like are hardly engaged with a step between an inner peripheral surface of an end part of a lateral pipe and an inner peripheral surface of a connection pipe.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a lateral pipe connection structure in which an inner peripheral surface at one end part of an intermediate cylinder 53 and an inner peripheral surface of an inner peripheral surface large diameter part 511 at one end part of a cylindrical part 51 form one end side step part 501, a step H1 at one end side step 501 is less than a prescribed value T1, an inner peripheral surface at the other end part of the intermediate cylinder 53 and an inner peripheral surface of an inner peripheral surface large diameter part 521 at the other end part of the cylindrical part 51 form the other end part side step 502, and a step H2 at the other end side step 502 exceeds the prescribed value T1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
