PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat lock device which can be designed smaller.SOLUTION: A seat lock device 13 comprises a hook 53, a pawl 54, a pop up piece 59, and a cam 55. The hook 53 forms a lock state in which a striker 14 is held between at least a groove part 34 of a case 30 and the hook. The pawl 54 holds the hook 53 in a lock state by engaging with a peripheral surface of the hook 53. The pop up piece 59 presses the striker 14 which is movably disposed in an approaching direction of the striker 14 and is maintained in a lock state, to a direction opposite to the approaching direction. The cam 55 is, on a steady basis, energized to rotate toward the pop up piece 59, while pressing the pop up piece 59 to the direction opposite to the approaching direction. The striker 14 is held between the pop up piece 59 and the hook 53 (second projection 62b) without rattling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】体格をより小さくできるシートロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】シートロック装置１３は、フック５３、ポール５４、ポップアップピース５９およびカム５５を有している。フック５３は、少なくともケース３０の溝部３４との間でストライカ１４を挟持したロック状態を形成する。ポール５４は、フック５３の周面に係合することによりフック５３をロック状態に保持する。ポップアップピース５９は、ストライカ１４の進入方向に沿って移動可能に設けられてロック状態に維持されたストライカ１４をその進入方向と反対方向へ向けて押圧する。カム５５は、ポップアップピース５９に向けて常時回転付勢されるとともに、ポップアップピース５９を前記進入方向と反対方向へ向けて押圧する。ストライカ１４はポップアップピース５９とフック５３（第２の突出部６２ｂ）とによってがたつきなく挟み込まれる。【選択図】図３
