PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition large in dielectric constant, low in dielectric loss and having linear dielectric property and a dielectric material with nano sheet form capable of applying for manufacturing a low temperature element which is linear even with a nano level thin film, has excellent dielectric constant and capable of achieving insulation characteristic.SOLUTION: There is provided a silver-substituted strontium niobate dielectric composition represented by the general formula KSrAgNbO, where x is over 0 and 1 or less or in another example K may be substituted by H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】誘電率が大きくて誘電損失は低く且つ線形的な誘電特性を有する誘電体組成物を提供することである。また、ナノレベルの薄膜でも線形的であり且つ優れた誘電率を有すると共に、絶縁特性を実現できる低温素子の作製に応用可能なナノシート形態の誘電物質の提供。【解決手段】一般式KSr2(1−x)Ag2xNb3O10で表され、前記xが0を超え且つ1以下である銀置換ニオブ酸ストロンチウム誘電体組成物であり、また他の例において前記KはHで置換されていてよい銀置換ニオブ酸ストロンチウム誘電体組成物。【選択図】図1
