FITTING STRUCTURE AND FITTING METHOD FOR NET ON WINDOW SCREEN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a net that enables the net to be fitted/removed readily on/from a window screen frame and readily fitted neatly in a fully stretched state.SOLUTION: A recessed groove 4 having a flat inner bottom surface 4a is formed on an inner peripheral part of frame materials 1, 2 of a rectangular window screen frame. A net 10 is bonded on an inner side surface of a pressing frame 5 with a peripheral part of the net to be stretched tucked between the inner side surface of the pressing frame and the inner bottom surface, the pressing frame being disposed at a port part of the recessed groove opposite the inner bottom surface. An engaging protrusion 4c is provided at an opening edge of a frame material inner side wall 4b of the recessed groove of each frame material, on which an inner edge 5b of the pressing frame is engaged. An outer edge part of the pressing frame comes in contact with an outside groove wall 4d of the recessed groove, when the inner edge 5b of the pressing frame is engaged inside the engaging protrusion through the net, and the pressing frame is fitted to cover the port part of the recessed groove. A movement stopping structure is installed on the groove wall, for inhibiting movement of the outer edge part of the pressing frame toward outside of the recessed groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】網戸枠に対してネットを容易に着脱できるような構造で、ネットを容易にピンと張った綺麗な仕上がりにすることを可能にしたネットの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】方形に枠組みされた網戸枠の枠材１，２の内周部に、内底面４ａが平坦な凹溝４が形成され、該内底面と、それに対向して凹溝の口部に配設される押え枠５の内側面との間に、張設するネット１０の周辺部を挟んだ状態として、ネットが押え枠の内側面に貼り合わされており、各枠材における凹溝の枠材内側壁４ｂの口縁に押え枠の内端縁５ｂを係止させる係止突部４ｃが設けられ、該押え枠の内端縁５ｂがネットを介して該係止突部の内側に係止されて、押え枠が凹溝の口部を覆うように装着されたときに、押え枠の外端部が凹溝の外側溝壁４ｄに当接するものとし、該溝壁に、押え枠の外端部が凹溝の外方に移動するのを抑止する移動止め構造が付設されている。【選択図】図１
