WALL PLASTER MATERIAL, CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND PLASTERED WALL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wall plaster material excellent in deodorant performance, humidity-conditioning performance and flame retardancy, and a construction method thereof and a plastered wall structure.SOLUTION: Wall plaster material contains, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of wall plaster material, 45-60 pts.wt. of wood powder, 10-30 pts.wt. of a flame retardant, and 20-45 pts.wt. of a viscosity modifier. A method of constructing the wall plaster material includes the steps of: obtaining a wall plaster material kneaded mixture by blending 15-25 pts.wt. of the wall plaster material to 100 pts.wt. of water and kneading the resultant; applying a primer on a backing board, drying the same, and forming a primer layer having a thickness of 1.0-3.0 mm; and applying the wall plaster material kneaded mixture on the primer layer, drying the same, and forming a wall plaster layer having a thickness of less than 2 mm. A plastered wall structure includes the backing board, the primer layer of 1.0-3.0 mm thickness formed on the backing board, and the wall plaster layer of less than 2 mm thickness obtained by drying the wall plaster material formed on the primer layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消臭性、調湿性及び難燃性に優れた塗り壁材及びその施工方法、及び塗り壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】塗り壁材は、塗り壁材全体を100重量部とした場合に、木粉を45〜60重量部、難燃剤を10〜30重量部、及び粘度調整剤を20〜45重量部含有する。塗り壁材の施工方法は、水100重量部に対して、塗り壁材15〜25重量部を配合混練して塗り壁材混練物を得る工程と、下地材上に下塗り材を塗工し乾燥させて、1.0〜3.0mmの厚さの下塗り層を形成する工程と、下塗り層上に前記塗り壁材混練物を塗工し乾燥させて、2mm未満の厚さの塗り壁層を形成する工程と、を備える。塗り壁構造は、下地材と、下地材上に形成された1.0〜3.0mmの厚さの下塗り層と、下塗り層上に形成された塗り壁材を塗工し乾燥させて得られた2mm未満の厚さの塗り壁層と、からなる。【選択図】図1
