PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-proof member etc. made to be capable of preventing a foamable material from falling off in association with movement of a long body by enhancing slippage with the long body.SOLUTION: A fire-proof member 1 is constituted mainly by a main body part 3, a thermal expansion member 5, a foamable body 7, etc. A thermal expansion member accommodation part 17 is formed on the inner surface side of the main body part 3. The foamable body 7 is accommodated on the inner sides of the main body part 3 and thermal expansion member 5. The foamable body 7 is, for example, an urethane foamable body, preferably is fire retardant sponge. The foamable body 7 is a waveform foamable body, or has one surface on which crests 21 and troughs 23 are regularly arranged in a waveform shape. The foamable body 7 is rolled up so that an uneven shape formed by the crests 21 and troughs 23 is on the inner surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 長尺体との滑りを向上させて、長尺体の移動に伴う発泡性材料の脱落を防止することが可能な耐火部材等を提供する。【解決手段】 耐火部材1は、主に本体部3、熱膨張部材5、発泡体7等から構成される。本体部3の内面側には、熱膨張部材収容部17が形成される。本体部3および熱膨張部材5の内側には、発泡体7が収容される。発泡体7は、例えばウレタン発泡体であり、難燃性スポンジであることが望ましい。発泡体7は、波形発泡体である。すなわち、発泡体7の一方の面には、波形の山部21と谷部23が規則的に配置される。発泡体7を丸める際には、山部21と谷部23により形成される凹凸形状が内面側となるようにする。【選択図】図1
