WIRE SPRING SLIPOUT PREVENTING ELEMENT, RAIL FASTENING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire spring slipout preventing element used for energizing a rail on a sleeper and pressing the rail on the sleeper, the slipout preventing device being of a structure that is not so complicated and facilitating fitting work.SOLUTION: A slipout preventing element for a wire spring 5 includes a slipout preventing member 8 and a fixing base 9. The slipout preventing member 8 includes a base body 81, a support body contacting part 83 coming in contact with a spring support body 6, and a wire spring contacting part 82 coming in contact with a tip surface of a pressing part 55 of the wire spring 5. The fixing base 9 is fixed on the slipout preventing member 8 and engaged with the wire spring 5, for positioning the slipout preventing member 8. The fixing base 9 includes a first claw 931 with which the wire spring contacting part 82 is fitted, a second claw 911 with which the base body 81 is fitted, and engaging pieces 91, 92 engaged on both sides of the pressing part 55 of the wire spring 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】まくら木上のレールを付勢してレールをまくら木に押え付けるのに用いられる線ばねの抜け止め具であって,構造が複雑でなく,取付作業も繁雑でないものを提供する。【解決手段】線ばね5の抜け止め具は、逸脱防止部材8と、固定台座9とを備えている。逸脱防止部材8は、基体81と、ばね支持体6に当接される支持体当接部83と、線ばね5の押圧部55の先端面に当接される線ばね当接部82とを備えている。固定台座9は、逸脱防止部材8に固定されて線ばね5に係止され、逸脱防止部材8が位置決めされる。固定台座9には、線ばね当接部82が嵌め込まれる第1の爪931と、基体81が嵌め込まれる第2の爪911と、線ばね5の押圧部55の両側に係止される係止片91、92とが設けられている。【選択図】図7
