WALL MATERIAL PEEL-OFF METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall material peel-off method, which generates no uncomfortable noise and can peel off a wall material attached to a wall from a wall face.SOLUTION: A wall material peel-off method comprises: a peel-off preparation process to form a peel-off start position by peeling off from a wall face a wall material at a section at which a tip 59 of a blade 15 of a wall material peel-off device 10A is disposed and form cutout grooves on the wall material, which have a predetermined distance between them in width direction and extend in parallel with each other in vertical direction; a device installation process to dispose first and second guide rails 12a, 12b of the wall material peel-off device 10A near the outer face of the wall material and dispose the blade 15 between the cutout grooves and dispose the tip 59 of the blade 15 between the wall face and the wall material at the peel-off start position; a wall material peel-off process to move the blade 15 upward or downward along with first and second lifts 12a, 12b by making use of a lifting mechanism and peel off the wall material from the wall face by making use of the blade 15 and separate the wall material away from the wall face backward to peel off the wall material from the wall face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】不快な騒音の発生がなく、壁に固着された壁材を壁面から剥がし取ることができる壁材剥離方法を提供する。【解決手段】壁材剥離方法は、壁材剥離装置１０Ａのブレード１５の先端５９を配置する箇所の壁材を壁面から剥がし取って剥離開始位置を作るとともに、幅方向へ所定寸法離間して上下方向へ平行して延びる切り込み溝を壁材に形成する剥離準備工程と、壁材剥離装置１０Ａの第１および第２ガイドレール１２ａ，１２ｂを壁材の外面近傍に配置してブレード１５を切り込み溝の間に配置しつつ、ブレード１５の先端５９を剥離開始位置における壁面と壁材との間に配置する装置設置工程と、昇降機構を利用して第１および第２リフト１２ａ，１２ｂとともにブレード１５を上方または下方へ移動させ、ブレード１５を利用して壁面と壁材とを剥離しつつ壁材を壁面から後方へ引き離すことで壁材を壁面から剥がし取る壁材剥離工程とを有する。【選択図】図１
