CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM, SPACER-CUM-PERMANENT MOLD, AND REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method that uses a spacer-cum-permanent mold dismantled as soon as concrete of a reinforced concrete beam solidifies.SOLUTION: A support post 51 is erected. A spacer-cum-permanent mold 30 is held with a dam part 31 facing downward, and the dam part 31 is installed on a top end of the support post 51. An assembled reinforcement body 20 having a main reinforcement 21 and a shear auxiliary reinforcement 22 is installed on a reinforcement receiving part 32. A bottom mold 41 is fitted on the dam part 31 such that the dam part 31 closes an opening 41a formed on the bottom mold 41. A side mold 42 is erected on an edge part on both sides of the bottom mold 41. Concrete is cast in an area surrounded by the bottom mold 41 and the side mold 42, such that a top part of the dam part 31 and the reinforcement receiving part 32 are embedded in the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート梁のコンクリートの固化後にすぐに解体できるスペーサ兼捨て型枠を用いた施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】支柱51を立設し、スペーサ兼捨て型枠30の堰止部31を下に向けて、堰止部31を支柱51の上端に設置し、主筋21及びせん断補助筋22を有する鉄筋組立体20を鉄筋受部32上に設置し、底型枠41に形成された開口41aを堰止部31によって塞ぐようにして底型枠41を堰止部31に取り付け、底型枠41の両側の縁部に側型枠42を立設し、底型枠41及び側型枠42によって囲まれた領域にコンクリートを打設して、堰止部31の上部及び鉄筋受部32をコンクリートに埋設する。【選択図】図5
