PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively give a sufficient feeling of openness to the whole space into which a plurality of dimmers are installed.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of dimmers 10A, 10B includes two dimmer panels having a polarizing plate and a light control sheet for controlling a polarizing state of the light having transmitted the polarizing plate. When each of the polarizing plates 33, 33 facing each other on a straight line H in one dimmer 10A and the other dimmer 10B is projected on a surface vertical to the straight line H along the straight line H, one dimmer 10A and the other dimmer 10B are installed such that an angle made by one absorption axis and the other absorption axis of the polarizing plates 33, 33 facing each other is less than 45 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
