BONDING METHOD OF METAL MEMBER AND CERAMIC MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of bonding a metallic member having high airtightness and a ceramic member while suppressing formation of a compound between an active metal and the metallic member.SOLUTION: A method of bonding a ceramic member and a metallic member includes an arrangement step for arranging an active metal brazing material 11 and a high melting point brazing material 12 having a solidus line higher by 10 to 200°C than the active metal brazing material between the ceramic member 2 and the metallic member 3, the arrangement step includes a step of arranging such that the active metal brazing material 11 comes into contact with the ceramic member 2, and does not come into contact with the metallic member 3, and the high melting point brazing material 12 comes into contact with at least the metallic member 3, and a step of heating and melting a structure obtained by the arrangement step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】活性金属と金属部材の化合物の形成を抑制し、気密性の高い金属部材とセラミックス部材の接合方法の提供。【解決手段】セラミックス部材2と、金属部材3との間に、活性金属ろう材11と、前記活性金属ろう材よりも固相線温度が10〜200℃高い高融点ろう材12を配置する配置工程であって、活性金属ろう材11がセラミックス部材2に接触し、かつ金属部材3に接触することなく、高融点ろう材12が、少なくとも前記金属部材3に接触するように配置される工程と、前記配置工程で得られた構造体を加熱溶融する加熱溶融工程とを備える、セラミックス部材と金属部材との接合方法である。【選択図】図1
