MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND HEAT INSULATION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat insulation panel which can reduce irregularities resulting from a foaming heat insulation material which are generated on a surface of a back face material of the heat insulation panel, and the heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a heat insulation panel, a foaming heat insulation material 16 is poured into a panel foundation part 20 from an upper face side while relatively moving the panel foundation part 20 having a vacuum heat insulation material 14 in a center part of a surface material 11 in a width direction to a pouring machine 31 of the foaming heat insulation material. The panel foundation part 20 comprises end panels 15 which adjoin end parts of the vacuum heat insulation material 14 in a direction orthogonal to the width direction, and the end part panels 15 are arranged at least at both ends of the panel foundation part 20 in a direction orthogonal to the width direction, and thicknesses and width dimensions of the vacuum heat insulation material 14 and the end part panels 15 are substantially the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱パネルの裏面材の表面に生じる発泡性断熱材に起因する凹凸を少なくすることができる断熱パネルの製造方法およびその断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】本断熱パネルの製造方法は、真空断熱材14を表面材11の幅方向の中央部に備えたパネル基礎部20を、発泡性断熱材の注入機31に対して相対移動させながら、発泡性断熱材16をパネル基礎部20に上面側より充填するようにした製造方法である。パネル基礎部20は真空断熱材14の幅方向に直交する方向の端部に隣接する端部パネル15を備え、かつ、端部パネル15は少なくともパネル基礎部20の幅方向に直交する方向の両端部に配されており、真空断熱材14および端部パネル15の厚み、幅寸法を略同一となっている。【選択図】図1
