METHOD OF ARRANGING FLOORING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of arranging flooring material that can suppress the flooring material from warping in conveying or storing the flooring material in pieces.SOLUTION: When flooring material 11 is conveyed to a construction site, the flooring material 11 is placed in floor surface material 28 in a building unit 20 in a vertically stacked state, and the flooring material 11 is conveyed in the placed state. In this case, a flooring package body 16 formed by packaging flooring material 11 with shrink films 15 with a predetermined number of sheets stacked and a flooring stack 17 formed by stacking flooring material 11 with a less number of sheets stacked without being packaged with shrink films 15 are placed on the floor surface material 28 respectively. Then a plurality of flooring packages 16 are arranged in the stacked state to cover respective side faces 17a-17d of the flooring stack 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】フローリング材をバラで搬送又は保管する際に際しフローリング材に反りが発生するのを抑制することができるフローリング材の配置方法を提供する。【解決手段】フローリング材１１を施工現場に搬送する際には、建物ユニット２０内の床面材２８上にフローリング材１１を上下に積み重ねた状態で載置し、その載置状態でフローリング材１１を搬送する。この場合、床面材２８上に、フローリング材１１が所定枚数積み重ねられた状態でシュリンクフィルム１５により梱包されてなるフローリング梱包体１６と、シュリンクフィルム１５により梱包されていない状態で所定枚数よりも少ない枚数のフローリング材１１が積み重ねられてなるフローリング積層体１７とをそれぞれ載置する。そして、その載置状態で、フローリング積層体１７の各側面１７ａ〜１７ｄを覆うように複数のフローリング梱包体１６を配置する。【選択図】図２
