ANCHOR HEAD MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor head maintenance management structure such that a worker can view or see a fixture, a tendon and a rustproof material (grease etc.) from any position in a construction site, and manufacturing costs for constituent members can be suppressed low, and a construction and management method therefor.SOLUTION: A cap (4) has a hollow cap shell member (4-1) and a hollow cap inside member (4-2), the cap shell member is made of a non-transparent material and has a plurality of opening parts (4-1W) formed, and the cap inside member is composed of a transparent member, the cap shell member being fixed to an anchor plate (3) with the cap inside member inserted inside the cap shell member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 施工現場で作業者がどの様な位置から見ても定着具、テンドン、防錆材（グリースなど）を視認或いは目視することが出来て、しかも、構成部材の製造コストを低く抑えることが出来るアンカー頭部維持管理構造と、それを施工及び管理方法の提案。【解決手段】 キャップ（４）は中空のキャップ外殻部材（４−１）及び中空のキャップ内側部材（４−２）を有し、キャップ外殻部材は非透明な材料で構成され且つ複数の開口部（４−１Ｗ）が形成されており、キャップ内側部材は透明な部材で構成されており、キャップ外殻部材の内側にキャップ内側部材が挿入された状態でキャップ外殻部材がアンカープレート（３）に固定される。【選択図】図１
