CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FREEZING PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a freezing pipe capable of quickly repairing in damage time of a freezing outer pipe, by efficiently clogging a clearance and a water conduction layer in the ground of becoming a hindrance to freezing when constructing the freezing pipe.SOLUTION: While injecting CB-improved muddy water 13 under predetermined pressure under an outer casing 3, a hole 5 is excavated in the ground 1 by using the outer casing 3, and the CB-improved muddy water 13 is filled between a wall surface 9 of the hole 5 and an outer peripheral surface 11 of the outer casing 3. An improvement layer 15 is formed by permeating the CB-improved muddy water 13 into a water conduction layer 6 from the wall surface 9 of the hole 5. Next, the lower end part vicinity of the outer casing 3 is blocked up by a water cutoff member 19, and the CB-improved muddy water 13 in the outer casing 3 is extracted. A freezing pipe 29 is inserted into the outer casing 3, and a rustproof material 27 is filled between an inner peripheral surface 21 of the outer casing 3 and an outer peripheral surface 25 of a freezing outer pipe 23. Afterwards, a coolant 31 injected into the freezing pipe 29 is circulated, and frozen earth 33 is constructed around the hole 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】凍結に支障となる地盤中の隙間や通水層を凍結管の施工中に効率良く目詰まりさせることができ、凍結外管の破損時に迅速に補修できる凍結管の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】CB改良泥水13を外ケーシング3の下方に所定の圧力で注入しつつ、外ケーシング3を用いて地盤1に孔5を掘削し、CB改良泥水13を孔5の壁面9と外ケーシング3の外周面11との間に充填する。また、CB改良泥水13を孔5の壁面9から通水層6に浸透させて改良層15を形成する。次に、外ケーシング3の下端部付近を止水部材19で閉塞し、外ケーシング3内のCB改良泥水13を抜き取る。そして、外ケーシング3内に凍結管29を挿入し、外ケーシング3の内周面21と凍結外管23の外周面25との間に防錆材27を充填する。その後、凍結管29内に注入した冷却液31を循環させ、孔5の周囲に凍結土33を構築する。【選択図】図2
