BUCKET FOR GROOVE FORMATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket for groove formation which can form easily and certainly a groove having a T-letter like intersection.SOLUTION: The groove-forming part 16 in a bucket for groove formation 11 comprises a pair of side wall forming plates 17 which correspond to side walls of a sub groove, a bottom surface forming part 18 which is provided between lower ends of the pair of side wall forming plates, a top plate 19 which is provided between upper parts of the pair of side wall forming plates, and a flexible belt member 21 which is provided inside a bucket part 20 surrounded by the pair of side wall forming plates, the bottom surface forming part and the top plate. The dimension of the bottom surface forming part in the sub groove forming direction is formed as shorter than the groove width dimension of a main groove. The lower end part of the belt member is coupled to the lower part coupling part which is provided at the bottom surface forming part and the upper end part is coupled to the upper part coupling part which is provided at the upper part of the pair of side wall forming plates, and the length of the belt member is formed as longer than the distance between the lower part coupling part and the upper part coupling part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 T字状に交わる溝を容易かつ確実に形成することができる溝形成用バケットを提供する。【解決手段】 溝形成用バケット11における溝形成部16は、副溝の側壁に対応した一対の側壁形成板17と、一対の側壁形成板の下端同士の間に設けられた底面形成部18と、一対の側壁形成板の上部同士の間に設けられた天板19と、一対の側壁形成板、底面形成部及び天板で囲まれたバケット部20内に設けられた可撓性のベルト部材21とを備えている。底面形成部の副溝形成方向の寸法は、主溝の溝幅寸法より短く形成され、ベルト部材は、下端部が底面形成部に設けられた下部連結部に連結されるとともに、上端部が側壁形成板の上部に設けられた上部連結部に連結され、下部連結部と上部連結部との間の距離より長く形成されている。【選択図】 図1
