FLOW PATH UNIT AND DRAIN TRAP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path unit capable of preventing back flow of a drain discharged from a washing machine through a perforated plate for discharging a drain leaking from the washing machine, and, after the back flow of the drain has been settled, stably discharging the drain leaking from the washing machine from the perforated plate.SOLUTION: A flow path unit is used with a drain trap equipped with a bowl equipped with a drain storage part, a flow path cylinder which discharges the drain discharged from a washing machine to the storage part, and a water sealing cylinder which discharges the drain leaking from the washing machine to the storage part through a part beside the flow pass cylinder. The flow path unit is arranged between the flow path cylinder and the water sealing cylinder, and includes a perforated plate equipped with an opening for discharging the drain leaking from the washing machine to the storage part, a float which is movably arranged between the perforated plate and the storage part and rises to close the opening when the drain stored in the storage part makes back flow toward the perforated plate, and a concave recess part sink part which is provided at least on any one side of the perforated plate and the float facing each other, reducing a mutual contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洗濯機から排出された排水が洗濯機から漏洩した排水を排出する目皿を通って逆流することを防止し、排水の逆流が収まった後に洗濯機から漏洩した排水を目皿から安定的に排出することができる流路ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】流路ユニットは、排水の貯留部を備えた椀と、洗濯機から排出された排水を貯留部に排出する流路筒と、洗濯機から漏洩した排水を流路筒との間から貯留部に排出する封水筒を備えた排水トラップに用いる。流路ユニットは、流路筒と封水筒との間に配置され、洗濯機から漏洩した排水を貯留部に排出する開口を備えた目皿と、目皿と貯留部との間に移動可能に配置され、貯留部に貯留された排水が目皿に向かって逆流したときに上昇して開口を封止するフロートと、互いに対向する目皿およびフロートの少なくともいずれか一方の側に備えられ、互いの接触面積を減少させる凹状の窪部を有する。【選択図】図１
