PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel which can suppress a situation in which water infiltrates inside a heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel includes: a pair of surface plates 23A, 23B; a frame material 30; a foam material 25 filled in an internal space 27 surrounded by the pair of surface plates 23A, 23B and the frame material 30; and a plate holder 60B provided at the frame material 30, and for holding the one surface plate 23A. The plate holder 60B includes: a support part 63 having a support surface 63A for supporting a peripheral end part 24B on a plate surface of the one surface plate 23A; and a contact part 64 having a contact surface 64A coming into contact with an end surface 24A of the one surface plate 23A. Between the peripheral end part 24B and the support surface 63A, a waterproof tape 50 is interposed. The waterproof tape 50 includes: a waterproof layer 51 having waterproofness; an adhesion layer 52 for adhering the peripheral end part 24B and the waterproof layer 51; and an adhesion layer 53 for adhering the support surface 63A and the waterproof layer 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】断熱パネル内部に水が侵入する事態を抑制可能な断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】一対の表面板２３Ａ，２３Ｂと、枠材３０と、一対の表面板２３Ａ，２３Ｂ及び枠材３０により囲まれた内部空間２７に充填された発泡材２５と、枠材３０に設けられ、一方の表面板２３Ａを保持するプレートホルダ６０Ｂと、を備え、プレートホルダ６０Ｂは、一方の表面板２３Ａの板面における周端部２４Ｂを支持する支持面６３Ａを有する支持部６３と、一方の表面板２３Ａの端面２４Ａに当接する当接面６４Ａを有する当接部６４と、を備え、周端部２４Ｂと支持面６３Ａの間には、防水テープ５０が介在されており、防水テープ５０は、防水性を有する防水層５１と、周端部２４Ｂと防水層５１とを接着する接着層５２と、支持面６３Ａと防水層５１とを接着する接着層５３と、を備えることに特徴を有する。【選択図】図４
