PRODUCTION METHOD OF GEOPOLYMER COMPOSITION, STRENGTH DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF GEOPOLYMER COMPOSITION, AND STRENGTH IMPROVEMENT METHOD OF GEOPOLYMER COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a geopolymer composition, capable of providing a geopolymer composition which can exhibit sufficient strength compared to cement.SOLUTION: The production method of a geopolymer composition is provided for producing the geopolymer composition by mixing an alkali solution containing sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate with a powder raw material composed of a powdered slag and/or flash eye and solidifying the same. When α denotes a ratio of the weight of the powder raw material to the total weight and η denotes a ratio of the weight of the sodium hydroxide to the weight of the sodium silicate in the alkali solution, the total weight of the aluminum oxide and the iron oxide in the powdered raw material has a composition ratio in a range surrounded by connecting point A (4,0), point B (26,1), point C (35,0.8) and point D (15,0) on a coordinate (α,η) shown in the Figure 1 with a line sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントと比較しても十分な強度を発揮できるジオポリマー組成物が得られるジオポリマー組成物製造方法を提供。【解決手段】粉体化スラグ及び/又はフライアッシュから構成される粉体原料に、水酸化ナトリウム及び珪酸ナトリウムを含有するアルカリ溶液を、混合して固化してジオポリマー組成物を製造する方法であって、前記粉体原料中の酸化アルミニウム及び酸化鉄の合計重量が、前記粉体原料の全重量に占める比率αと、アルカリ溶液中における珪酸ナトリウムの重量に対する水酸化ナトリウムの重量の比率ηとが、図1に示す座標(α,η)上の点A(4,0)、点B(26,1)、点C(35,0.8)、及び点D(15,0)を順次直線で結んで囲まれる範囲内の組成比を有するジオポリマー組成物製造方法。【選択図】図1
