PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a structural panel to be easily mounted between columns.SOLUTION: A structural panel 1 includes: a rectangular plate-like core material 10 in which a plurality of cylindrical holes 10a are formed; a front-side material 11 that is provided on one end surface 10b in a thickness direction A of the core material 10; and a back-side material 12 that is provided on the other end surface 10c in the thickness direction A of the core material 10.
