PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower roofing sheet which maintains a waterproof effect while preventing a needle hole or a nail hole during work such as roofing, eliminates release paper that may be generated as dust, and secures safety by preventing a falling/slipping accident of a worker without reducing efficiency of construction.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a lower roofing sheet (100) in which a belt-like water cutoff sheet (S) of which the rolling of a circulation storage form is disassembled is expanded and spread over a sheathing board (50) of a roof. On an adhesive face (10) of the water cutoff sheet (S), multiple belt-like viscous regions (11-16) coated with a sticker (30) in a length direction are formed and in a region which is a viscous back face (20) of the water cutoff sheet (S) and positioned at a rear side of the belt-like viscous regions (11-16), release layers (21-26) which are unlikely to receive a viscous action from the sticker (30) are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋根葺き等の作業に際し、針孔や釘孔も生じず、防水効果を維持し、ゴミとして発生する剥離紙を無くし、施工の効率を低下させずに、作業員の転倒・滑落事故を防止して安全性が確保されるようにした屋根下葺シートを提供する。【解決手段】流通保存形態のロール巻きを解いた帯状の遮水シート（Ｓ）が屋根の野地板（５０）に展張敷設される屋根下葺シート（１００）であって、遮水シート（Ｓ）の貼着面（１０）には、長手方向に粘着剤（３０）を塗布した複数の帯状粘着領域（１１〜１６）が形成され、遮水シート（Ｓ）の貼着背面（２０）であるとともに帯状粘着領域（１１〜１６）の裏側に位置する領域には、粘着剤（３０）から粘着作用を受け難い剥離層（２１〜２６）が形成された。【選択図】図２
