MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HOLLOW GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hollow girder, capable of arranging a hollow frame onto a predetermined position by preventing the hollow frame from floating by an effect of buoyant force or lateral pressure caused at the time of installing concrete and by preventing the hollow frame from rotating while taking a girder axis direction as a rotation axis.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a hollow girder 1 having a square-shaped cross section includes: a trestle mounting process of mounting a trestle 13 on which a hollow frame 110 for forming the hollow girder 1 into a hollow one is to be mounted, inside a mold frame F for the hollow girder 1; a hollow frame mounting process of mounting the hollow frame 110 on the trestle 13 mounted in the trestle mounting process; a hollow frame fixing process of fixing the hollow frame 110 mounted in the hollow frame mounting process, inside the mold frame F; and a concrete installing process of installing concrete inside the mold frame F in which the hollow frame 110 is fixed in the hollow frame fixing process. In the hollow frame fixing process, a floating prevention jig 22 for fixing the hollow frame 110 from above and a side face support jig 23 for holding a side face part 112 of the hollow frame 110 are fixed to the hollow frame 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】コンクリート打設時に生じる浮力や側圧の作用によって中空枠が浮上するのを防止し、かつ中空枠が桁軸方向を回転軸として回転するのを防止することで、中空枠を所定の位置に配置することができる中空桁の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】断面ロの字状の中空桁１の製造方法であって、中空桁１を中空に形成するための中空枠１１０を載置する架台１３を、中空桁１の型枠Ｆ内に設置する架台設置工程と、架台設置工程で設置した架台１３に、中空枠１１０を載置する中空枠設置工程と、中空枠設置工程で設置した中空枠１１０を型枠Ｆ内に固定する中空枠固定工程と、中空枠固定工程で中空枠１１０を固定した型枠Ｆの内側にコンクリートを打設するコンクリート打設工程と、を備え、中空枠固定工程では、中空枠１１０を上方から固定する浮上防止治具２２と、中空枠１１０の側面部１１２を挟持する側面支持治具２３と、を中空枠１１０に固定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１５
