LAMINATION BLOCK, LIGHTWEIGHT BANKING STRUCTURE USING LAMINATION BLOCK, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING LIGHTWEIGHT BANKING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination block used in a lightweight banking structure and comprising a plurality of polystyrene-based extrusion foam boards that can reduce occurrence of warpage even if the lamination block are left for a long time in a construction process.SOLUTION: In a lamination block 10 comprising at least two polystyrene-based extrusion foam boards, the thickness of a polystyrene-based extrusion foam board 21 on one face is made smaller than the thickness of the other polystyrene-based extrusion foam board 22, and by laying the lamination block 10 with one face directed upward, a contraction amount of the polystyrene-based extrusion foam board 21 on the top face is reduced even when the lamination block is left for a long time and a surface temperature is increased. At the same time, stress applied to the polystyrene-based extrusion foam board 21 at the lower part is reduced and warpage generated in the lamination block 10 is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】軽量盛土構造に用いられる積層ブロックであって、複数枚のポリスチレン系押出発泡板からなる積層ブロックにおいて、構築過程で長時間放置されても反りの発生を低減する。【解決手段】少なくとも2枚のポリスチレン系押出発泡板からなる積層ブロック10において、一面のポリスチレン系押出発泡板21の厚さを、他のポリスチレン系押出発泡板22よりも小さくし、上記一面を上方に向けて積層ブロック10を敷設することにより、長期間放置されて表面温度が上昇した場合であっても、上面のポリスチレン系押出発泡板21の収縮量を低減すると同時に、下方のポリスチレン系押出発泡板21に及ぼす応力を低減し、積層ブロック10に発生する反りを低減する。【選択図】図2
