BRACE BAND AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR WORKING PLATFORM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brace band capable of sliding a brace material to a predetermined position in a stable attitude and obtaining a sufficient frictional force on a contact face, and an installation method for a working platform.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an annular brace band 10 capable of fixing a brace material 14 that is installed between two piles 12, to the piles 12 along the piles 12 in a freely slidable manner. The brace band comprises: an annular main body 20 having an inner diameter that is larger than an outer diameter of the pile 12; a fixing part 42 for fixing the brace material 14; a bolt 22 which is provided movably forwards and backwards from the main body 20 to the radial inside; and a pressing plate 26 fitted to a distal end of the bolt 22 and including a face 24 that can be abutted to an outer peripheral surface 12a of the pile 12. Influences of an installation error of the piles 12 in the case where the brace material 14 fixed to the piles 12 is slid along the piles 12 can be absorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブレース材を安定した姿勢で所定位置までスライドすることができ、接触面の十分な摩擦力を得られるブレースバンドおよび構台の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】2本の杭12の間に架設されるブレース材14を、杭12に沿ってスライド自在に杭12に固定可能な環状のブレースバンド10であって、杭12の外径よりも大きい内径を有する環状の本体20と、ブレース材14を固定するための固定部42と、本体20から半径方向内側に向けて進退可能に設けられるボルト22と、ボルト22の先端に取り付けられ、杭12の外周面12aに当接可能な面24を有する押え板26とを備え、杭12に固定したブレース材14を杭12に沿ってスライドした際における杭12の打設誤差の影響を吸収可能にした。【選択図】図1
