PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably curb a construction cost without relying on experience and a skill of a designer.SOLUTION: A design method for a building structure 1, which has columns 4 arranged at intervals respectively along an X axis and a Y axis normal to each other in a planar view and beams 5 installed between columns 4 next to each other respectively along the X axis and the Y axis, comprises the processes to: divide a floor 3 of the building structure 1 into a plurality of grids 6 which are rectangular in the planar view and respectively defined by the columns 4 positioned at four corners and the beams 5 installed between the columns 4 next to each other along the X axis and the Y axis as four sides of respective grids; calculates respective construction costs of the plurality of grids 6 with lengths Lx of the beams 5 along the X axis and the lengths Ly of the beams 5 along the Y axis varied from grid to grid by unit length; and decide the length Lx of the beam 5 along the X axis and the length Ly of the beam 5 along the Y axis on the basis of the calculated costs of the plurality of grids 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】設計者の経験や技量に頼るのを抑え、コストを確実に抑える。【解決手段】平面視で互いに直交するX方向とY方向とに沿って、それぞれ間隔をあけて設けられた柱4と、X方向及びY方向のそれぞれにおいて互いに隣接する柱4間に架設された大梁5と、を備えた建築構造物1の設計方法であって、建築構造物1のフロア3を、四隅に柱4が位置するとともに、X方向及びY方向で互いに隣接する柱4間に架設された大梁5によって辺部が形成された平面視矩形状のグリッド6によって複数に区分する工程と、X方向における大梁5の長さLx、及びY方向における大梁5の長さLyを、単位長さずつ変動させたときの複数種のグリッド6のコストを算出する工程と、算出されたグリッド6のコストに基づき、X方向における大梁5の長さLx、及びY方向における大梁5の長さLyを決定する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図4
