PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collapse of a building by reducing shake of a structural member due to impact, such as earthquake, and by certainly suppressing excessive deformation in the structural member beyond a predetermined level.SOLUTION: In a diagonal beam structure, a diagonal beam 20 comprises an upper rod member 21 connected to an upper supporting part 13, a lower rod member 22 connected to a lower supporting part 14 and a spring member 30 connecting the upper rod member 21 with the lower rod member 22. The spring member 30 is so constructed to be elastically deformed in compression direction and extension direction alternatingly when, along with the shake of the structural member 10, the upper rod member 21 and the lower rod member 22 are alternatingly displaced in direction away from each other and closing direction. Respective of the upper rod member 21 and the lower rod member 22 comprises a displacement restricting part 40 for restricting maximum displacement level in direction away from each other and closing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 地震等の衝撃による構造部材の揺れを軽減するともに、構造部材の一定以上の過大な変形を確実に抑制し、建物の倒壊を防ぐこと。【解決手段】 筋交い構造において、筋交い20は、上支持部13に連結される上棒状部材21と、下支持部14に連結される下棒状部材22と、前記上棒状部材21と前記下棒状部材22とを接続するばね部材30とを有し、構造部材10の揺れに伴って前記上棒状部材21と前記下棒状部材22とが互いに離隔する方向と接近する方向へ交互に変位するとき、前記ばね部材30を圧縮方向と伸び方向に交互に弾性変形させるように構成され、前記上棒状部材21と前記下棒状部材22のそれぞれが、それらの互いに離隔する方向と接近する方向への最大変位量を制限するための変位規制部40を備えてなるもの。【選択図】 図1
