FLAT DECK AND LAYING METHOD OF FLAT DECK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat deck which can be reduced in weight, and elongated in a span, and can cope with a high live load by devising to form a salient part which is effective for improving cross section performance at a plane part, and can be diverted (deformed) to an accessory which is suitable for continuous laying work by being merely cut along a span direction.SOLUTION: In a flat deck 10 in which a steel plate is roll-processed, and plane parts 1, 11 and leg ribs 2 are alternately continuously formed in a width direction, the plane parts 1, 11 have a first plane part 1 which is shifted to one end part in an axial direction, and second plane parts 11, 11 other than the first plane part, the first plane part 1 comprises a salient part 1a which is salient upwardly at its both end parts, and whose upper face is flat, the second plane parts 11, 11 comprise salient parts 11a which protrude upwardly at intermediate portions, and whose upper faces are flat, and the salient parts 1a, 11a which are arranged at the plane parts 1, 11 and whose heights of upper faces are flat are set substantially equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平面部に断面性能を向上させるのに効果的な突条部を形成させる等の工夫を施すことにより、軽量化、長スパン化、高積載荷重化を可能とし、かつ、スパン方向に沿って切断するだけで連続敷設作業に好適な役物に転用(変形)可能なフラットデッキを提供する。【解決手段】鋼板がロール成形加工されて幅方向に平面部1、11と脚部リブ2とが交互に連続して形成されたフラットデッキ10であって、平面部1、11は、幅方向一端部寄りの第一平面部1と、第一平面部以外の第二平面部11、11とを備え、第一平面部1は、その両端部が上方に突出する上面が平坦な突条部1aを備え、前記第二平面部11、11は、その中間部が上方に突出する上面が平坦な突条部11aを備え、前記各平面部1、11に設けた前記上面が平坦な突条部1a、11aは、略同等高さに設定されている。【選択図】図1
