PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal member made of H-shaped steel that enables rationalization of a structure when used as the horizontal member.SOLUTION: The thickness of one (11) of two flanges (11 and 12) provided almost in parallel and constituting H-shaped steel is in the range of 1.6-6.0 mm, and the other flange (12) is formed thickly than the one flange. 【課題】横架材として用いたときに、構造の合理化を可能とするH形鋼による横架材を提供する。【解決手段】H形鋼を構成する略平行に設けられた2つのフランジ(11、12)のうち一方のフランジ(11)の厚さが1.6mm以上6.0mm以下であり、他方のフランジ(12)は一方のフランジよりも厚く形成され、一方のフランジ及び他方のフランジの断面積が略同一である。【選択図】図3
